Implement and maintain QMS requirements at project sites.
Assist QC Section Head establishes the Quality Standards to comply with DPG Standards (compliance to requirements, Showunits, Approved Sample Materials and Mock-up Units to meet Buyers’ expectations)
Review all approved quality documents. These include material approvals, method statements, ITP, test results, etc.
Conduct Quality Inspection, test process and checklist Hand Over at project for compliance to the established DPG Quality Standards.
Sharing of good practices and highlighting of areas of concerns at Project Sites based on inspection/ checklist findings.
Raise Non-Conformance Records on unacceptable works and defects and assist to prepare the Weekly Non-Conformance Reports.
Assist to prepare the Weekly and Monthly QA/QC reports identifying quality issues and overdue defects.
Assist QC section Head to Conduct training on QA/QC System for CM Team
Assist QC Section Head to Conduct training on DM&H implementation System Project Team
Requirements
A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
At least 3 years of experience in a quality control or assurance role within the construction industry
Understanding Quality Management System for construction
Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
Understand process non-conformance
Able to compile reports periodically
Able to use Microsoft software and measurement equipment
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality
Willing to work at site
