On Tuesday, August 15, 2023, the Golden Property Awards (GPA) took place as the highest property business award event held biennially since 2015. GPA is the only research and survey-based property award in Indonesia conducted independently, professionally, objectively, and free from conflicts, thus the process is free from any transactional bias toward determining winners. Since 2021, Indonesia Property Watch (IPW) has collaborated with 99 Group (Rumah123.com and 99-co) in organizing the Golden Property Awards to reach a broader market. In 2023, GPA carried the theme "Property: Mission Possible" with a survey conducted on 476 projects. The pinnacle event will be held at the Raffles Hotel, Jakarta.

The awards classification consists of housing categories based on type, kind, and scale of development, company categories, and individual figure categories who have contributed to the development of properties in the country. Based on surveys, field investigations, and assessments conducted, the Segara City project was selected as the deserving recipient of the Best Mid-Scale Development Region Bekasi & Surrounding award. Additionally, the Lavesh Cluster - Kota Harapan Indah received the Best Millennial Housing Region Bekasi & Surrounding award. Both projects also became candidates for the Best of the Best project from the entire region.

Furthermore, a moment of great pride was when Mr. Benny Gunawan, the founder of Damai Putra Group, received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to the property industry. Hopefully, the awards received today will be a historic milestone for the Damai Putra Group to strive for even greater achievements in the future.
