After successfully partnering with multiple banks and encouraging millennials to invest in property with the hashtag #SaatnyaBeliProperty, Damai Putra Group once again held the Damai Putra Group Agents Gathering 2024. This event was attended by thousands of property agents who were ready to strengthen their commitment to boosting Damai Putra Group's property sales.
Alim Gunadi, the CEO of Damai Putra Group, stated that the event served as an important moment for the company to reintroduce its vision and mission, as well as its latest strategic plans aimed at taking concrete steps in property development, particularly in the eastern Jakarta corridor and Indonesia in general.
"Our partnerships with banks and agents are a step towards achieving our goal of going public (IPO), which is a major objective for Damai Putra Group that we aim to accomplish within the next 3 to 4 years," Alim said during an interview at the event held at Hotel Santika Premiere Kota Harapan Indah, Bekasi, on Monday (18/03).
Alim also mentioned that Damai Putra Group, one of the largest developers in Indonesia, has successfully developed three major areas: Kota Harapan Indah covering 2,200 hectares (with 800 hectares already developed), Segara City covering 110 hectares, and Tera Damai covering 100 hectares. Outside the Greater Jakarta area, in Yogyakarta, Damai Putra Group has launched residential projects such as Casa Grande, Vasana, and Green Hills. In Sidoarjo, they have developed Delta Sari Indah, Delta Sari Baru, Grand Delta Sari, and Graha Tirta. The role of property agents is crucial, not just as a sales channel but also as partners in building a strong property ecosystem.
"We are committed to continuously providing a wide range of residential and commercial options with special offers for consumers, especially for those purchasing houses, shophouses, plots, and apartments," he added.
The property agents present at the event responded positively to the arrival of the new management team of Damai Putra Group, which they believe brings a breath of fresh air for positive and beneficial changes in the collaboration between property agents and Damai Putra Group.
Simultaneously, Binsar Pandiangan, the Chief Sales Marketing Officer of Damai Putra Group, emphasized the diversity of the property portfolio being offered.
"The portfolio developed by Damai Putra Group is quite diverse, ranging from properties for first-time buyers to subsequent property investments. This partnership is designed to be highly beneficial, creating mutual synergy between Damai Putra Group and the best property agents. Moving forward, Damai Putra Group will continue its sustainable property development with a clear and well-planned approach," he explained.
In conclusion, Damai Putra Group reaffirmed its commitment to bringing positive change to Indonesia's property industry by introducing innovations that include making property purchases easier and facilitating long-term developments, such as new toll road access opening soon and the upcoming MRT line in Kota Harapan Indah. These developments will undoubtedly add significant value for their customers and partners.
