Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related discipline is often required. Additional certifications or qualifications in property management or facility management are advantageous.
Extensive experience in estate or property management (property operations, facility management, lease administration, or property development).
Strong understanding of property management principles, practices, and regulations is essential. Includes knowledge of property leasing, maintenance, budgeting, legal requirements, and industry standards.
Proven leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to property operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and make sound decisions.
A solid understanding of the real estate and property management industry, including market trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
