Manage the legal aspects related to obtaining and maintaining operating permits in coordination with Company’s legal matters
Manage, monitor and oversee the licensing and permitting processing team (work assignments, performance evaluations, development and disciplinary action)
Monitor, manage, oversee and report on the approval workflow of applications for various licenses and permits
Act as reviewer and evaluator to all licensing and permitting process
Requirements
Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Law would be preferable
Maximum 45 years old
Have at least 5 years experiences as Permit Manager and preferably from Property/Real Estate Company
Expert with property permitting process.
Good networking with BPN, Notary office
Familiar with IMB, AMDAL
Attention to detail, strong analytical thinking and good interpersonal skill
Able to work accurately and under-pressure
