Responsible in managing team QS Procurement of consultant to review or prepare Pre Tender Estimate, feasibility study, tender process to awarding contractor, conduct procurement for NSC material, preparing contracts and documentation, providing advice and forecast about cost to division head, preparing final account, familiar to payment certificate to supplier and contractors, familiar with cost control and final report, also include with consultant management, PM and building management in handover process.

45 years old
Education min Bachelor Degree
Experience minimum 10 Â years (5 years in developer property low and high rise building)
Fluent in English both oral and written
